The New York City Office of Emergency Management is currently recruiting new members for their CERT teams!  Community Emergency Response Teams are a critical piece of a community’s ability to respond quickly after a storm like Hurricane Sandy.  More info here and below.

Call for donations tomorrow in Coney Island. Beginning at 9:30am until 2pm on Thanksgiving, we will be accepting donations of the following:

-Canned goods

-Paper goods (Plates, Forks, Knives, Napkins)

-Baby food

Please bring donations to MCU Park Parking Lot (1904 Surf Avenue).
