This morning, #ConeyRecovers in collaboration with Astella Development hired a school bus to bring applicants to STRIVE to interview for an 8-week intensive construction training and job readiness course. Above, Keith Suber gives the Coney Corps applicants a pep talk before they head to East Harlem for the interviews.
This morning, #ConeyRecovers began their 3rd two-day OSHA and Mold Remediation Training in coordination with Turner Construction. Trainings are provided free of charge through the Coney Corps program.
#ConeyRecovers is an initiative of local organizations working in partnership to assist with the recovery of the Coney Island community.
