What does this Holiday Season mean for those who have been impacted by Hurricane Sandy? We are giving thanks for the generosity of the thousands who have volunteered and donated to help our recovery efforts.

On Thanksgiving, The Daily caught up with us in Coney Island and filed this report.

Instead of rushing to the store…

Instead of a super-gigantic latte, why not give $7 to help someone rebuild their house?

Instead of rushing to the store this Black Friday, give that $5 you were going to spend on a “gadget they’ll re-gift” and give it to those really in need.

This holiday season, spare a buck for those who have had their lives devastated by Hurricane Sandy at www.coneyrecovers.org/donate. We pledge to continue to fight to bring back Coney Island.

We hope that you’re having a wonderful Thanksgiving!

If you haven’t already, please give what you can to help rebuild Coney Island. It’s your donations, no matter how small, that allow us to continue helping Coney Island residents hard-hit by Superstorm Sandy.
